When cases are not appropriate for a formal lawsuit or during litigation — mediation is offered to the parties. It is an informal process to ultimately resolve your matter.
After you complete the form below, our team will reach out to confirm the date of the mediation and provide you with a pay link (To reserve your mediation, we require a $250 deposit credited towards the cost for the entire mediation - however we always encourage payment in full). Once we receive your payment, you will be sent dates for when your mediation brief will be due and requirements for the brief. Payment due at least 48 hours before your mediation.
Yes, Two days before your mediation, our team will send you a confirmation email and Zoom link for your mediation.
You are able to cancel your mediation up to 48-hours before your appointment time. Cancelling after the 48-hour timeframe forfeits the deposit amount.
You will already have the link to enter into your Zoom Room. Please log into the Zoom Room at the time designated in the scheduling email.
At the onset, you will sign your confidentiality agreement with the mediator. During the mediation the Mediator will have the parties in separate meeting rooms and will meet individually with both parties and review the goals for the mediation.
Once you reach an agreement, the settlement agreement will be drafted and the mediator will have all parties sign the agreement either during the mediation or after.
We believe in treating our clients with respect, compassion, and an understanding that every client is unique. We work hard to tailor our approach to meet every client's needs.
We understand navigating the legal system is complicated and can be very costly. We offer an opportunity to ask questions about the merits of your case and discuss the options you may have to resolve your dispute outside of court.
